Professional Properties Management (PPM) has been providing the best in community management services to associations throughout the Triangle area since 1985, and we are pleased to count your community as one of over 200 that we currently serve. ASSOCIATION COMMUNICATION
Your community manager is Claire Leffler. To help ensure your manager can properly serve you, please complete this form at your earliest convenience, making sure to include at least one e-mail address for the owner, name and phone number of any tenant and offsite mailing address for owner (if necessary), as well as any rental property manager information (if applicable). Of course, should you have any questions or concerns about your account or community association, please do not hesitate to contact Claire Leffler at claire@ppmral.com.

If you experience an HOA-related emergency outside of PPM’s hours (i.e. plumbing issue, roof leak), please call our office at 919-848-4911 and follow the prompts to leave a message for the on-call manager. Your call will be returned within 30 minutes.

IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS FOR REFERENCE
Your association’s legal documents, which govern your community, can be found here. These documents outline the rules and regulations of the community association that all owners agreed to be bound by upon purchase, so please make sure to review them carefully.

PAYING ASSOCIATION ASSESSMENTS
Your annual assessment is $245.00. As in all community associations, it is your legal obligation to pay all assessments as required by the HOA. If you have not received a coupon book OR STATEMENT within 60 days of closing, please contact our accounting department. Owners also have the option of signing up for automatic bank draft by completing this form.

If you prefer to pay online, payments can be made by e-check or credit card here.  Owners who are paying online for the first time will be required to enter your unique account number.  This information can be found on your most recent statement/coupon book from the Association or by contacting PPM at accounting@ppmral.com.

INFO REGARDING EXTERIOR MODIFICATIONS TO YOUR PROPERTY
Should you ever plan additions or changes to the exterior of your home or property, please ensure to first consult the association's legal documents and/or your association’s Architectural Guidelines. These documents provide an explanation and outline for the architectural approval process and requirements for your specific association.
